City Manager Soler McKinley currently oversees the day-to-day administration for the city of Doral. Her career accomplishments include being former city manager of South Miami; executive director of the Miami Bayside Foundation; first woman member of the Kiwanis of Little Havana; president of the Coalition of Hispanic American Women (CHAW); and an appointee of former President Clinton's administration. Ms. Soler McKinley holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and economics and a master's degree in public administration, both from Florida International University.
