The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX or Authority), requires the services of a qualified Design-Build Firm for Systemwide Implementation of Dynamic Message Signs (DMS). A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for January 24, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
The deadline for submitting a Technical Proposal is March 13, 2012 by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time and the deadline for submitting a Price Proposal is May 7, 2012 by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
